Cosmetic Grading Structure

We apply a clear and consistent grading system so you know exactly what to expect:

  • New Retail – Brand new, sealed retail packaging

  • New Bulk – Brand new, plain boxed

  • New Open Box – Brand new, opened retail packaging

  • Grade A – Near-perfect condition, very minor marks if any

  • Grade A/B – Excellent condition, light signs of use

  • Grade B – Good condition, visible wear, fully functional

Battery Health Standards:

  • Mobiles/Tablets: minimum 80% battery health

  • Laptops: minimum 70% battery health

Every device is tested, graded, and backed by the Eden 12-month warranty.

Apple Business Manager (ABM) Configuration Service

When purchasing refurbished iPhones and iPads, we offer an optional ABM configuration service to ensure devices arrive pre-enrolled and ready for deployment.

How It Works:

1. Nominate an Eden team member as a Device Enrolment Manager in your ABM portal.

2. Provide us with a Managed Apple ID with portal access.

3. Let us know if devices should be assigned to an MDM profile.

Please note: ABM configuration is manual, and lead times start once devices are received.
