Device Repair Coverage for Schools

Welcome to Eden Repair Centre.

This page allows you to raise a service ticket for your device.

Please provide all the information requested to process your claim as efficiently as possible.

Your Serial Number can be found in the Eden Scheme portal under your Device list. Alternatively, it may be displayed on the back or underneath of your device.

Your claim will be reviewed by Eden and you will be contacted accordingly. Please keep an eye on your registered email address for this correspondence.

Your device will be returned directly to you OR to your school/organisation depending on the agreement that is in place with Eden.

We aim to complete all repairs within a 72-hour timeframe.
