Sales Support
Eden Repair Centre is a well-established B2B IT and Telecommunications Repair and Recycle Provider. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time, permanent Sales Operations Executive to join our team based in Guiseley, Leeds.
Acting as Sales Support for our existing sales team, you will handle important tasks such as order processing, customer quotations, and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. Sales Support also provides a point of contact for customers with queries about orders and deliveries.
We are looking for a customer focused, professional individual who demonstrates high attention to detail and ideally with experience in the industry, although this is not vital.
The successful applicant will be expected to grow within the role, gaining an understanding of the companies’ complete portfolio of products.
The role will potentially open several different opportunities in the business, including a full Sales Account Management role should that path be chosen by said applicant.
Duties:
- Processing of customer orders
- Taking phone calls from customers.
- Dealing with and responding to customer emails.
- Checking & comparing prices with numerous vendors & suppliers.
- Liaising with suppliers for placing orders and order fulfilment
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Internally communicating important feedback from customers.
Requirements for the role:
- An administrative, sales support or Sales background.
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of processes at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy; working with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Confidence to contact customers regarding current orders and other potential products
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, supporting colleagues where necessary
The Opportunity:
- A full time, permanent opportunity, ideally working 37.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
- Office based role from our offices in Guiseley, in very close proximity to the Train Station
- 20 days holiday each year including bank holidays, increasing yearly up to 25 days per annum
